The Global Award for Sustainable Architecture was created in 2006 by the architect and professor Jana Revedin. Annually, it honours five living architects who have made significant moves towards sustainability. Their work must offer clear insights into the search for a rational contemporary architecture which is: * innovative in the areas of energy, materials and technology * proposing new standards for housing and public amenities * fighting ecological imbalance and social inequality. The Global Award for Sustainable Architecture is run by the LOCUS Fund. "LOCUS seeks to identify and reward the most innovative and engaged architects from all corners of the globe and to federate them in participative urban renewal projects in developing countries." The Global Award for Sustainable Architecture is supported by the GDF-Suez Foundation, and is under the Patronage of UNESCO. ==Award winners== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Global Award for Sustainable Architecture」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
